Hi Team,
Gracie Barra Huntington Beach is hosting a FREE Rape Safe Women's Self-Defense Class. This class will focus on introducing women to some of the most common attach scenarios and how to defend yourself against these attacks.
The Rape Safe class is open to all female community members Ages 12 and up. Bring your best friends, mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, etc.... You don't need any type of experience this class is for all levels.
You don't want to miss this opportunity that may help save your life or the lives of your loves ones.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and come have some fun. There will be refreshments after for everyone.
